Not everything in life goes as planned.
It was certainly not our most well developed idea that a range of brilliant Danish whiskies on casks should ever be stored in our cellar. But just like it is with walking, it all starts with the first move - in our case a share in Stauning whisky cask no. 496. Later we realised that if we could buy a cask with the number of our preference, it should be cask no. 888.
In the past few years a number of Danish distilleries have joined the niche market of making whisky, and today we have five private casks and a number of shares in other casks. Since we will not be able to drink all the whisky ourselves, we will sell off samples of this exclusive collection through the auction site whiskyauction.com.
